Our intake process is ongoing and consists of 5 steps.

-
Initial phone conversation
One of our staff members will set up a time that works best with your schedule to have the initial phone conversation This gives the opportunity for you to ask specific questions you might have and to discuss the type of support your child would need. You can expect the conversation to last anywhere from 25 to 40 minutes.
-
In-person/virtual interview
Any interested family can schedule an introductory phone call. If at the end of the initial phone call all parties agree to move forward, we will set up an interview. This provides the opportunity for our staff, yourself, and your prospective camper to meet and discuss camp. Prior to the interview, we will send the full application and other supporting documentation which we will request you complete before the interview.
-
Admissions staff follow up
After the interview, we will contact – with your permission – schools and other enrichment programs to best assess if we are the right program for the child. The goal of this step is to gather the most accurate information on how the perspective camper interacts with their peers and caretakers outside of the home.

Date selection and orientation
Upon acceptance, a camp session is selected and we see you at orientation in May!
