Phoebe Pinero Sun

Phoebe Pinero Sun will be celebrating her 8th year anniversary of being a school nurse at MSA this year. Her healthcare career started in the Philippines before she was petitioned as an adult by her parents to live in New York. She came from a family of teachers and also married a special education teacher. Bedside nursing has always been her passion and she also enjoys teaching. MSA has opened the door for her to be a nurse in a teaching environment. She is also a certified First Aid/CPR/AED instructor. She has 2 boys and her first born has autism. Her son’s diagnosis helps her connect with our MSA families as she understands the desire of every parent to have a trusted community who can provide support for their child. When she’s not at school, Phoebe enjoys traveling and doing road trips with her family.
