Jess joined YAI in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to joining YAI, she served as Managing Director of Marketing and Communications for KIPP New Jersey and KIPP Miami, a network of public charter schools. During her tenure, the network grew from 8 to 22 schools. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Director of Marketing for MikeWorldWide, where her team was awarded Marketing Department/Team of the Year multiple times by the American Business Awards and International Business Awards. Jess holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Marymount Manhattan College.
