Stephanie Rozanski is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) field. She provides training to people with I/DD, direct support staff, and professionals in other industries. Stephanie pioneered YAI’s Mobility Management program in 2011, teaching people with I/DD to independently navigate New York City’s public transit system. A sought-after speaker at national conferences, Stephanie brings expertise in leadership development across all management levels, group training methods, emotional intelligence, and generational diversity. Her dynamic approach to training ensures staff are not only equipped with essential skills but are also inspired to reach their fullest potential. Stephanie currently serves as Secretary for the Association of Travel Instruction Board and holds a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University.
