Jerry Philip

Senior Director of YAI Knowledge

Jerry joined YAI in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of training and professional development experience from a variety of industries, including nonprofits, education, and technology. He is skilled in curriculum development, program development, staff development, and overseeing learning management systems. Jerry’s most recent position prior to becoming Senior Director of YAI Knowledge was as Director of Learning and Development at Good Shepherd Services. He has also previously worked at NEXT for AUTISM and IBM Global Services, among other organizations. He holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, a Master of Arts in Childhood and Special Education from New York University, and is working toward a Doctor of Education at George Washington University.
