*Everyone 12 years of age and older is now eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination booster. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now recommends that children between the ages of 5 and 11 years receive the Pfizer-BioNTech pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine. Learn more on the CDC website.
**Everyone 50 years and older is eligible for the second booster if they have received their last booster four months ago.
COVID-19 Vaccination Booster
Same day Moderna boosters are available for the Omicron variant to all eligible patients at Premier's Bayside and Manhattan locations. Appointments preferred.
Note: On August 31, 2022, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine hereafter referred to as Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent, which contains an Omicron component to help prevent COVID-19 caused by the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2. The booster is authorized for individuals 18 years of age and older as a single dose administered at least two months following primary or booster vaccination.

> Spend time with family, including younger people who are not yet eligible, without worrying
> Travel within the United States without getting tested or quarantine
