Share

Virtual | Online

Learn to write clear, accessible content that can be easily understood by diverse audiences.

This two-part virtual training covers federal plain language guidelines, focusing on the needs of people with disabilities, integrating Easy Read principles and web accessibility standards. You’ll gain the skills to create concise, easy-to-understand content that serves people with disabilities, English as a second language speakers, and non-technical audiences.

Who should attend? If you work in communications, advocacy, or public service, this is your key to writing that truly connects.

This training is free through June 2025, funded by a grant from the Council on Developmental Disabilities in New York State.

The registration site requires you to create a free profile to register.
