Peter Klein, President of The Claire Friedlander Family Foundation will be honored at YAI's Annual Golf Outing on Mon., September 19 at the North Shore Country Club in Glen Head, N.Y. YAI supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families throughout the New York metropolitan area and is among the nation's largest non-profit organizations in the field.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Klein is a Managing Director and Partner with High Tower Advisors, a national advisor-owned financial services company. He and his team at Klein Wealth Management are based in Melville, N.Y. Prior to joining High Tower, he worked at UBS Financial Services and in 2008 was recognized as part of the UBS Global Circle of Excellence. He is the author of, Getting Started In Security Analysis (John Wiley & Sons, 1998 and 2009), and, A Passion For Giving: Tools and Inspiration For Creating A Charitable Foundation (with Angelica Berrie, Wiley, 2012).
The Claire Friedlander Family Foundation provides grants to organizations which are passionate about their work and the people they serve, with a focus on impact, collaboration and transformation.
