We went on an Advocacy Conference Trip to Albany, New York at the Marriott Hotel on 189 Wolf Road from Thursday, October 24th to Saturday October 26th, 2024. I checked the weather forecast in Albany, New York on the Weather Channel on TV before I packed my luggage when I went to the Albany Advocacy Trip with YAI. We took the Amtrak train to Albany, New York and we took the taxi cab to Marriott hotel on 189 Wolf Road.  

I met my friends at the Albany Advocacy Conference. I took my clothes: 2 pairs of pants, 3 tops, 1 jacket (lightweight or warm depending on weather), 4 pairs of undergarments, 2 long sleeved shirt, pajamas, raincoat and umbrella, 4 pairs of socks, great walking sneakers, 1 light sweater, laundry bag, 1 formal outfit, and 1 Halloween costume. Then, I took my lotion, toothbrush/toothpaste, sanitary hand wipes, deodorant, comb/brush, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, floss, shaving cream, razor blades and mouthwash for hygiene. Also, I took my misc. items: headphones, backpack, camera, water bottle and notebook. Plus, I took my word search, book, magazine and newspaper.  

I got my sign in the Albany Advocacy Trip from Timothy Allen and Mallory Perry from YAI. I took my $50-$100 to purchase souvenirs and snacks. We went to a Halloween Party on the 1st floor at 9pm at Marriott Hotel on Friday, October 25th. We went to a buffet dinner at 6pm on Thursday, October 24th and Friday, October 25th. We went to buffet breakfast at 8am in the morning on Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th. We went to grab a lunch with YAI at noon on Friday, October 25th. We went to Conference meeting at 2pm in the afternoon on Friday October 25th.  

I have disability, but I take my seat, quietly, listening and pay attention to the conference meeting about bullying, safety and NYS Housing Resource. Me, Timothy, Mallory, Steven, Luis, Harvey, Kevin, Aaron, Janelle, Jennifer, Melanie and Moe went on the Albany Advocacy Trip from YAI altogether.  

Timothy gave me my key card to my hotel room, my room number was 327 on the 3rd floor, just for Moe and me. I took my pictures of the Albany Advocacy Trip from YAI. They gave me my new email address at the Albany Advocacy Conference Trip. Last year, I went to the Albany Advocacy Trip and we took the Greyhound bus to Albany and took the taxi to Hilton hotel. We have a good at the Albany Advocacy Conference Trip with YAI.
