We now offer rapid Antigen and PCR testing for COVID-19 and antibody testing at our four clinics in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. All four Premier clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. Our Manhattan and Bayside clinics are now also open exclusively for COVID-19 testing on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.

Test for Flu, COVID, and RSV With One Swab
Premier HealthCare is now offering the fourplex PCR tests at our Manhattan and Bayside clinics. This PCR test will accurately detect and provide results within an hour for COVID, Influenza A and B (flu), and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).
Walk-ins welcome but appointments are preferred.
Antigen (Rapid) Test
This test produces results in 15 minutes. Available at all Premier clinics, the rapid antigen test detects fragments of proteins found on or within the virus by testing samples collected through a nasal swab. A positive test shows an active COVID-19 infection.
If additional testing is needed, a PCR test will be conducted, and results will be delivered within 3-5 days.
PCR Tests
The PCR test is also administered through a nasal swab and the results are available within 3-5 days. This test detects the presence of the virus’s genetic material to find active COVID-19 infections
Antibody Tests
Antibody tests detect previous COVID-19 infections. This test looks for antibodies, which are specific proteins made in response to infections. It is administered by drawing blood from a vein in the arm. Antibodies can be found in the blood of someone after infection and show if the person has had an immune response to the infection.
Who should get tested for antibodies?
The antibody test is recommended for anyone who has had gastrointestinal illness, flu-like symptoms, respiratory illness, or fever in the last six months. It is also recommended for people who tested positive for COVID-19 and have recovered.
