Gigi’s Playhouse

Gigi's Playhouse is a community center where families gather to attend programs, lectures, and events that promote the self-esteem and self-advocacy of families touched by Down syndrome. They are an education center where weekly educational programs prepare people with Down syndrome to contribute more fully in their homes, communities and schools. They are an awareness center dedicated to improving New York’s perspective of Down syndrome so that their community can meaningfully contribute to mainstream society.
