The Disability Advocacy Project (DAP) works to ensure that eligible people with disabilities receive benefits under the Social Security Disability Program (SSD) and the Supplemental Security Income Program (SSI). To ensure that children with disabilities receive opportunities to learn and grow, NYLAG’s Special Education Unit (SEU) offers consultation and representation to low-income families on a variety of educational issues.
