Ballet Yoga and Social Skills Groups for Children on the Autism Spectrum - Brooklyn

Our Ballet and Yoga course offers a weekly movement group for children (ages 3-10) on the autism spectrum living in Brooklyn. Classes focus on creative ballet, dance movements, sensory exploration, mindful meditation, and interaction with peers.

Our Social Skills course is offered to Brooklyn residents (age 5-12) on the autism spectrum. Topics covered include feelings, social boundaries, awareness of others, communication, friendship, and decision-making.

• Autism diagnosis
• Reside in Brooklyn with family
