Transition To Independence: Kitchen Skills

For young adults ages 17 - 21 on the autism spectrum. Groups are available in the late afternoon and evening.
This course introduces cooking fundamentals like measuring, safety, and knife skills that are necessary in being able to prepare meals independently.
The groups run in the spring and fall each year.

Yoga Mindfulness
Applicants must be aged 17-21, have an autism diagnosis, and meet other NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene program criteria.
