Ravi Dahiya has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he will help lead the strategic direction of YAI and oversee key strategic initiatives, including new business, growth opportunities, and data innovation. In addition to these new responsibilities, Ravi will continue to oversee our California programs, YAI clinical operations, and START programs. Ravi has been with YAI in a leadership role for eight years and is recognized as an invaluable member of our team. Some, however, may not know that his journey with YAI began as a DSP, demonstrating his commitment to the people we support and to our mission of living, loving, working, and learning.

Gary Milchman has been promoted to Chief Program Officer of New York and New Jersey operations. In this new role, Gary will oversee program operations across New York and New Jersey for YAI. Gary has been with YAI for an impressive 26 years, demonstrating his dedication as a leader in the field of I/DD and as an unwavering advocate for the people we support. Over the past three years, YAI’s growth in New Jersey has been spearheaded by Gary where we now operate two behavior stabilization homes and nine supportive apartments, with four other homes and a START program in development.  I am confident that his experience will continue to elevate our programs across New York and New Jersey.
