Miss USA Nana Meriwether and Miss Teen USA Logan West brought sunshine to a stormy day recently when they visited preschoolers at the Harry H. Gordon School Annex.

Nana and Logan danced, played with and read to the children. The youngsters were thrilled to meet the celebrities and the feeling was mutual. At times it was difficult to tell who was having more fun, Nana, Logan or the students.

"It's so amazing to see how well-structured the program is," Nana said. "All the children are so loving, they're learning and having fun.

"It was really fun," Logan added.

"It warmed my heart to see how happy the children were with them and how approachable Nana and Logan were with them," said Kristen Gorman, the preschool's Senior Teacher.
