Our son Jamie has received early childhood services from the organization for two years, beginning with the Gramercy Preschool and now the Manhattan Star Academy. He had global delays and we were looking for a school which would welcome him with open arms. We found that and more.

Gaining Social and Academic Skills

We are so grateful for the teachers and staff who are caring and invested in every student. It has truly changed Jamie's life. They have helped our son create meaningful friendships – a concept that was completely foreign to him at his previous preschool. The carefully designed curriculum has both challenged and enabled Jamie to learn in a way he never had before. He has blossomed and made such progress academically in such a short period of time.

Face Time for Moral Support

To other parents: It truly takes lots of love, a great support team and people who are willing to go above and beyond for your child. Ivonne Vittini, Jamie's favorite teacher assistant from Gramercy, certainly does. He has learned to call her on Face Time for moral support and comfort whenever he gets a haircut. We feel like we should pay her phone bill!

'We've Found the Right Place'

Every morning Jamie wakes up excited for school – even on Saturdays. It's an indication that we've found the right place.

We believe that others should get involved and give back because every little bit goes a long way. It's about the potential to change the world for children.
