The Compliance & Ethics and Quality Enhancement team is in full Central Park Challenge mode. The group recently joined as the CQ Team at YAI’s first of five Social DisDance parties of the year with DJ Nick Colletto.

“It was a lot of fun and the music was good,” said Sarah Mills, YAI Executive Assistant. “I requested the Cupid Shuffle.”

Mills’ team won five of the six prizes given out during the virtual event, including sunglasses, t-shirts, hats, and pint glasses.

The close-knit group has made sure to stay on top of all the challenges and announcements about this year’s Central Park Challenge, which is back in the park for the first time since the pandemic began in 2020.

“Our team encourages one another and we do what we can to be transparent and raise funds for Central Park Challenge.”

Mills said she is looking forward to the in-person event and celebrating with new and old friends, and especially with the people we support.

“It will feel like a reunion and I am really looking forward to making those connections again,” she said.

Her team is also hosting a Pampered Chef virtual fundraiser until February 25 with 15% of the proceeds going to YAI. Shop here if you are interested.

The CQ team has raised more than $2,100 for CPC and counting. Create your fundraising page, find out about other upcoming Challenges, and check out other ways to get involved.
